What we collect
When you book a call, we collect your answers to the booking questions (such as your project stage, role, court count, budget, timeline, and location) and your contact details: name, email, phone, and optionally your company and notes. If you arrived from one of our ads, we also record the campaign tags in the link and the site that referred you, so we know which ad brought you here.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, scope the right engagement, and contact you about your project. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the business: an email delivery provider to send and route messages, our hosting provider, and Meta, which measures how our ads perform (see Cookies below). Our providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. We do not send your name, email, or phone number to Meta.
Cookies
We use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, to measure the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It sets cookies and tells Meta which pages you visit on this site and when a booking request is submitted, so we can see which ads lead to real conversations and show our ads to people likely to be interested. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. You can limit ad personalization in your Meta ad preferences or block these cookies in your browser settings. Beyond that, we only use what the site needs to function.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us. Email us and we will take care of it.
