Came up in golf, then rode pickleball's rise alongside the founders of Major League Pickleball and DUPR. West launched a 15-court indoor club that hit day-one profitability, and runs Helios Holdings, the holding group behind StackEleven Marketing and the 150-plus-pro Racket Pro Organization, actively building the infrastructure of pickleball in the U.S.

A facility and operations consultant since 2015, starting as the original consultant for Chicken N Pickle. Andy created the 2019 Pickleball Masters and has advised clubs, parks, and universities on design, construction, and profitability. A two-time USAP Nationals medalist.

JDC was born from a simple observation: pickleball facilities are going up everywhere, but few are built right. Courts too small. Ceilings too low. Lighting that misses competitive standards. Staff who were never trained to deliver the experience that keeps players coming back.
We only put the Johns name behind projects that clear a high bar. When we partner with a facility, we are not just lending advice. We are standing behind it.
