About
West Shaw is Chief Operating Officer of Johns Design & Consulting (JDC), where he works alongside Ben and Collin Johns and has helped launch more than 14 pickleball facilities in the U.S. and abroad.
He is also CEO of Heleus Holdings, a Dallas-based holding company that builds the infrastructure of pickleball through JDC, Racket Professional Organization (RPO), StackEleven Marketing, GrowMyClub and 150+ Health. He serves as Global CEO of RPO and is a partner at 9990 Ventures, which invests in the leisure economy.
